Anita is a published, award winning photographer based in Northern California.

"I love road trips, camping, traveling the world, museums, beaches, and sunrises. My happy place is adventuring with my family - hanging in our tent, cruising a desert road with my feet out the window, blasting our music, hot coffee (or spiked coffee) in my mug. I am a loud laugher and I like people who smile with their teeth and eyes (smeyelers). I love people who send good vibes into the world. I adore my two sweet/wild/crazy sons. They keep me young and help me grow new grey hairs every day. I am a lover of all things white chocolate and homemade mexican food. My husband is an angel and puts up with me and loves me like crazy no matter what. He encourages me to do anything that makes my heart happy. If you've got a special someone like this you know what a true treasure this is."

"I get you. I know you want images that feel "real". You crave these happy, honest, make-you-smile kind of photos. No stiff weird poses, no staged smiles, no stress. Just happiness and love and all the good stuff you want to remember when you look back at your images. "After 12 years of photographing weddings, I have decided focus exclusively on families, maternity, and newborn photography. My own family is incredibly important to me and my new focus allows me more moments with my own children.
